Midwest Best BBQ Dry Rub

Cook Hamburgers using Midwest Best BBQ Dry Rub!

It's easy to cook more flavorful hamburgers, simply rub Midwest Best BBQ Dry Rub on you hamburger patties before you cook them.

 

Meatloaf using Midwest Best BBQ Dry Rub!

Mix 1 pound of ground beef with:
1 egg
2/3 cup of milk
2/3 cup of breadcrumbs or cracker crumbs
6 teaspoons of Midwest Best Dry Rub
6 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/2 cup of cheese

Then cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until fully cooked.

 

Oven Bag Cooking using Midwest Best BBQ Dry Rub!

For every 1 pound of meat and or vegetables add the following into an oven safe cooking bag.
2 tablespoons Midwest Best Dry Rub
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup of water

Then place the oven bag into a pan for easy handling and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until fully cooked.

 

Honey Glaze for Ham using Midwest Best BBQ Dry Rub!

Midwest Best BBQ Dry Rubs can be used to make a Honey Glaze for Ham. Start with a pre cooked Ham, then mix the glaze consisting of:

1/8 cup Midwest Best Dry Rub
1/8 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Honey

Mix well, and if needed microwave the glaze for 15 to 20 seconds to make it more pliable and easier to work with. Next, apply the glaze to the Ham, heat the Ham to the desired temperature and its ready to serve.

 

Spiced Mixed Nuts using Midwest Best BBQ Dry Rub!

Midwest Best BBQ Dry Rubs can be used to make Spice Mixed Nuts for Holidays and Parties:

Add 1 egg white to a medium size bowl, then beat the egg white with wire whisk until foamy.
Add 2 tblspn Midwest Best BBQ Dry Rub
Add 2 tblspn brown sugar
Beat until well blended.
Add about 2 cups of mixed nuts and stir until the nuts are evenly coated. 

Spread the nuts into a thin layer on a lightly greased baking pan and place in oven at 325°F for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
